Instructions

Phase 1: Right Side Engagement (Counts 1–8) Start on count 1 by stepping your right foot out and extending both arms fully to the sides, then on count 2, bring your feet back together and pull your hands into the chest. Repeat this outward extension on count 3 and close on count 4. For count 5, drive the movement again with the right foot while pushing the arms out with more energy, and close on count 6. To finish this side, step on count 7, and on count 8, perform a light touch with the left foot while keeping your arms at the ready, signaling the change in direction.

Phase 2: Left Side Engagement (Counts 9–16) Immediately transition to the left on count 9 by stepping out with the left foot and flinging the arms wide. On count 10, pull the right foot in and bring the arms back to the center. Continue the rhythm by stepping left on count 11 and closing on count 12. Maintain the bounce for count 13 as you step out, and close on count 14. Complete the full drill by stepping left on count 15 and finishing on count 16 with a final touch of the right foot, resetting your posture for the next routine.

Technical Drill Points:

The "Bounce": Keep the weight on the balls of your feet to maintain the "up-and-down" springy motion seen in the video.

Arm Extension: Ensure your arms reach full extension on every odd count (1, 3, 5, etc.) to maximize the aerobic benefit.

Sharp Closures: On every even count, the feet and arms should return to the center position simultaneously and sharply.
