COUNT 1:
March: Lift RIGHT knee up
Left arm: Stretch straight out to the LEFT side (shoulder height)
Right arm: Bend elbow 90°, keep forearm in front of chest (parallel to ground, same height as left hand)
COUNT 2:
March: Lift LEFT knee up
Right arm: Stretch straight out to the RIGHT side (shoulder height)
Left arm: Bend elbow 90°, keep forearm in front of chest (parallel to ground, same height as right hand)
