March: Lift RIGHT knee up
Left arm: Stretch straight UPWARDS (overhead, arm extended)
Right arm: Bend elbow, PUSH hand INWARD in front of body, closing fist facing upwards (palm/knuckles pointing toward the ceiling, like holding a tray or prepping for an underhand punch)
COUNT 2:
March: Lift LEFT knee up
Right arm: Stretch straight UPWARDS (overhead, arm extended)
Left arm: Bend elbow, PUSH hand INWARD in front of body, closing fist facing upwards (palm/knuckles pointing toward the ceiling)
