Instructions

his exercise helps loosen the shoulders, stretch the arms, and improve upper-body mobility before starting a dance fitness or workout session.

Starting Position
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keep your knees slightly bent.
Raise both arms overhead.
Cross your wrists or palms above the head.
Count 1
Stretch both arms upward while keeping the wrists crossed.
Extend the body gently and engage the shoulders.
Maintain a soft bend in the knees for balance.
Count 2
Open and relax the arms slightly while maintaining the overhead position.
Continue moving with the rhythm and keep the body relaxed.
Repeat the upward stretch smoothly.
