This exercise helps warm up the shoulders, arms, and upper body while improving coordination and flexibility.
Starting Position
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keep your knees slightly bent.
Maintain an upright posture with your core engaged.
Extend both arms out to the sides at shoulder level.
Count 1
Stretch both arms fully outward.
Open the chest and keep the shoulders relaxed.
Move the arms smoothly with the rhythm.
Count 2
Lower and lift the arms lightly in a controlled motion.
Keep the knees soft and maintain balance.
Continue the side arm movement with energy and coordination.
