Instructions

The 2-Count Loop

Count 1: Step out with the right foot while pulling your fists toward your chest in a "pumping" motion.

Count 2: Step back to the center and relax the arms slightly to reset for the next move.

Teaching Application

This 2-count rhythm is ideal for teaching large groups or integrating into a "Minor Games" warm-up because it is easy for students to mirror and repeat continuously. You can alternate sides (right-center, left-center) to ensure a balanced aerobic workout.
